Firewall and Global Fire advance evangelism and church planting training in Yaoundé, Cameroon
After travelling for two days Dr Raymond Lombard from Wheels for God’s Word met up with Pastor Ronnie Hepperley and his wife, as well as brother John Richardson, in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
Pastor Ephraim Fotsokounga, the Church of God Overseer, arranged the conference.
Forty pastors were trained in using the Heart of man material to evangelise.
As always, the training was filled with amazement and joy as the pastors experienced the impact of the training.
A story that unfolded even before the conference, was that six of the pastors raised enough money to contribute 20% to the cost of a motorbike. This came at a great sacrifice to them as their personal income is very low. Within the budget of Wheels for God’s Word, only three motorbikes at about $800 could be bought. However, after pastor Ronnie shared this with some friends in the USA enough money were received through their generous donations to buy three more motorbikes. We praise God for His divine intervention through the generous hearts of people.
One pastor (seen to the left with pastor Raymond) gave testimony that he had to travel 80km on a weekly basis to visit five Churches where he ministers. Now he can use one of these motorbikes.
